We ordered the Kataifi Halloumi, Lamb Flatbread, and the Rainbow Bowl with Chicken Shawarma — and everything was absolutely delicious. The Kataifi Halloumi was freaking amazing! The outer layer of filo pastry was perfectly crunchy, and the presentation was beautiful. Inside, the halloumi was soft, warm, and salty in the best way. Paired with the hot honey and sesame aioli, every bite was full of flavor. We enjoyed every single bite! The Lamb Flatbread was another winner, with pistachios, pine nuts, dates, sumac onion, garlic toum, and onion salad. The combination of savory, sweet, tangy, and creamy flavors worked together beautifully. We also tried the Rainbow Bowl with Chicken Shawarma (GF), made with chicken shawarma, hummus, grilled halloumi, coconut blue rice, slaw, banana pepper, greens, zhug, harissa, sesame, and egg. The blue rice was a first for us, and we loved it! The bowl was fresh, colorful, flavorful, and packed with so many different textures and spices. Overall, the food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of bold, well-balanced flavors. Every bite was a dance. This one definitely made our “Will Return” list for Sarasota!

Best lunch spot in the area. Vibe and decor is amazing, but the food takes the spotlight. Great flavors, rich and unique. Even the appetizers set the tone in quality. Pricier- but absolutely worth the cost

Very very delicious rainbow bowl Never seen and had blue rice until that place. Very enjoyable dish. Great service Clean bathroom Pleasant atmosphere Good price Great menu selection Highly recommend for one of kind local unique cuisine

The service was awesome and the atmosphere is very cool. Down to the antique dishes and silverware. The food is flavorful they have some interesting dishes. We both got the bowls I got egg plant which I probably won’t get again. There was too much in it different flavors and the lettuce got mushy. We shared the app of the bread it was so good but too much food.

I highly recommend you run, don’t walk to Florence & the Spiceboys. I can’t rave about this place enough. We had dinner last night while on a weekend trip to Sarasota and we were not disappointed. The food was INCREDIBLE!!! Everything was prepared fresh, wonderfully seasoned, rich in culture and color! We ordered the brussels, classic hummus, chicken shawarma bowl and lamb dish. The service was excellent. The environment was fun and welcoming. The food… AMAZING!!! I’m a pretty hard win when it comes to food (serious food critic here) and I can honestly say, I was highly impressed by everything we ordered. We will definitely be back!
